NEW S3 Affix: Encrypted in Tazvesh Mythic+

Tazvesh is now in the Mythic+ Pool and the Season 3 Affix Encrypted is now up on the Public Test Realm. Today we take a look at the new affix, how it plays out in so far in Mythic+, what changes I'd like to see and how I think it will look for Mythic+ going forward into Patch 9.2!
